  • Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.

  • We partner with trusted national courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery.

🌍 Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • If you are located in a region where delivery is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2000.

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2000.

  • Some items require special packaging and handling, so their shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

🚫 Delays & Exceptions

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, holidays, courier delays, etc.).

❌ Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, shipping charges will be deducted before processing any refund or reshipment.
