Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ants4u Kids, we want every purchase to be joyful. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  1. Regular Returns (Non-buyback)
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with invoice.
  • Only defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped items are eligible for exchange/refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/wrong items).
  1. Buyback Returns
  • Applicable only for products marked with the Buyback Available tag.
  • You can return the toy within 3–4 months as per the product-specific buyback period.
  • Toy must be in acceptable condition (clean, functional, no missing/damaged parts).
  • Refund will be processed after physical inspection by the selling brand.
  • Buyback refund will be a predefined % of the original selling price.
  1. Refund Timelines
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days post-approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or credited to wallet/store credit, as applicable.
